By using the SouthEast Pools website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

• SouthEast Pools provides pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services across the Costa Blanca.
   
• Service appointments will be scheduled in advance. Customers must provide safe access to the pool area.
   
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a charge.
   

• Products sold include pool chemicals, accessories, and equipment.
   
• All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
   
• Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
   

• Payments for services or products can be made by bank transfer, cash, or secure online payment (Stripe, PayPal, or similar).
   
• We do not store card details.
   

• Local delivery is available within our service area.
   
• Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
   
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
   

• Services: If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
   
• Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
   
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
   

• SouthEast Pools is not liable for damage caused by misuse of products or failure to follow safety instructions.
   
• While we take all reasonable care in providing services, we are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing pool damage, poor water quality due to customer neglect, or external factors beyond our control.
   

• All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of SouthEast Pools and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
   
• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
